i found your article very interesting, ive never been to thailand but recently split from girlfreind of many years, being 52 and not very well off ive often had to listen to how great pattaya and thailand is, is there any websites you can reccomend to get cheap hotel accomodation and when is the best time of year to go. thanks

Thanks for the adivise! I receive an army pension every month, its only £460 pm, 22,500 baht, if I am really tight with my budget, do you think living is possible, ??

Is work possible, do Thai women, maybe joint income, would work be possible for me, I am only 35, ???

You forgot to mention Sports. Then and again maybe it could be in the entertainment category. Membership for a gym would be about 2000 per month

I intend to retire soon to Pattaya (age 55) and I am interested in lots of information. If you could provide me some links regarding house rent around Pattaya, infos reg. cost of living , activities etc.
